COURSEWARE DESIGN (SMART BUILDER)

hi guys!today in this entry i will talk about smart builder.
smart builder is a course ware that can be used for educational purpose.

what is smart builder?

• an authoring tool that attempts and largely  succeeds in balancing ease of use with power. as such, it is not as easy as to use power point and not powerful like flash but its more powerful than power point by far and much easier to learn than flash.
• that is the sign of a tool that is good for the majority of those who will use it. most users are instructional designers or subject experts and are not programmers.
• they are not entirely comfortable with scripting or programming but also want a lot more flexibility and features than power point can provide.

to test our knowledge about this courseware, we have been instructed by madam Azidatun to create an educational courseware for primary school. so Emy and i have decided to make a simple lesson to teach standard one. we have picked jobs and occupations as our main title. it takes us almost a month to complete this lesson.

before we start design it, madam Azidatun and also sir Arif taught us how to use this software. they taught us how to put the background,button,audio and also scripting. during class i jot down the notes and try to make it before i start to create my own. thank god that Emy and i finally finish our assignment after encountered with many difficulties.
